Trade accepted but good did not appear in my storage

Hi there I am out of water, and just did 2 trades for 2 stacks of water (1 for 1coin, and another for something else) and both trades were accepted. I recieved a little letter, of their offer, and i clicked accept yet the water goods has not been added to my inventory as my balance still says zero, and my breweries and stables still have their exclamation points above their buildings. Please help.
