Hi there's been A lot of posts here lately with some general information- Just thought people would enjoy seeing it for themselves here at the German wiki. Its quite comprehensive and the folks over there have done a tremendous job!
If you use google chrome as your browser you can have it translate it for you in case you do not speak German. Some sections are pictures so you would probably able to use those.

Well if you didn't learn how to run an adventure from here, or from someone that learned here, you're probably running it very badly (not directed at anyone in particular). That being said, my videos are kept for my guild, but the information can be easily found in the wiki. Deciphering it and translating off .imgs isn't too much work. The german forums provide a wealth of information as well. I'd also like to mention that tactic cards and strategy maps are updated fairly often on the german site. It's more than a one man job. You'd have to individually check each strategy for each adventure for updates weekly. It's probably a hell of a lot easier just to get used to doing everything in german tbh.

Why is there not an English Version of that?
There is an english wiki for this game but it does not have the info that this one does. I'm not sure anyone is working on it if they are maybe they can let us know here.
