    Thumbs down Is development dead?

First of all, I'm not a troll.
I'm playing this game since beta opened up, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

However, I was expecting developers to be adding stuff to the game, and fixing important stuff like huge food buffing lag.

Judging by the developer log, I see that since Dec 8, 2011 the only changes were:
    - Bug fixing (barely noticeable)
    - Adding high-lvl building graphics (irrelevant, tbh)

For past 3 months I saw no real development done (daily quests still never show up for me), so here is my question:

Do game developers consider this game finished? Is this how it will look like for months to come?
If so, I think it's time for me to look for other, more engaging games.

They are rolling all of the upcoming changes into the march 29th update- and it will also introduce the easter event.

DarkDvr, coming from a background in entertainment, things in life don't always go with the plan you've set. Stuff comes up, delays are inevitable and the finished product (while still amazing) doesn't always quite match the vision that was in your head to begin with.

Also, this is a beta game. Expect problems until that little "beta" in pretty font on the logo is gone.

They don't have each update released as soon as it's programmed... They give a bundle out. Just wait

Thea, coming from software engineering background, working with state and federal governments all over US and Western Europe, believe me when I say that I know "delays" and "release schedules".. hehe =)

I prefer Google's approach to aggressive programming, "release early, release often". Face it - NOTHING exciting happen to the game since beta opened up. Unless you consider 5th level farm graphics to be exciting, that is.
I'm sure they are losing many users right now because game feels DOA.
I'm also sure they won't listen, but I'd really advise them to release new features frequently and in small amounts, instead of bundling everything together. If that March 29th update is so big in rich in content, I know that the first thing it'll do is crash the game and cause tons of bugs and exploits. Then they'll scramble people in overtime to try to find which feature broke what.

Release early, release often. Bundling updates is a bad idea all around - bad for users, bad for support.

It's already in testing on the test server- no sure thing that it will iron out all the bugs but it can not hurt at all!

There's nothing new in test server either other than easter egg hunts (which mean just flinging your mouse across the screen a lot)
