Yeah, thats what is bothering me. Mistakes happen or things get bogged down and thats ok if it's not too often. Lack of communication is a poor quality and I do not appreciate it at all because it is either the devs are too wuss to say what they did wrong or why it's taking so long or they just do not care enough to say. Maybe the que is shard specific and I just happen to be on the less populous shard
