I can even think of enough words to express my extreme displeasure with the lack of customer service. Not the fact they are having a problem, but that they don't tell us, the customers, anything. There is no excuse for this type of ignoring your customers who keep the game going with their purchase of gems. I am lucky that I had my gold production shut down before this thing came along. Question: When the server is down, does the game continue to run?

Ok, I have been trying to get "logged in" for over 3 hrs now....seriously. If this is going to happen everytime I log in, then this game is not worth playing!!!!!!
15 of 15 now but time went up to 39 min
almost at the end of my traitors adventure and haven't been able to log in since 11pm est last night!! this morning I've been getting the queing message it says over an hour!! help! my time to finish the adventure is up now
im pretty sure that when maintenance goes on, all buffs are paused, explorers are paused, the game comes to a stand still. so if this happened during the maintenance then i would assume the game is still paused.
