"Regular" Disconnects

Greetings,

I have been playing the game since yesterday 8-3-2012 and am having semi regular (5-10 minute intervals) disconnects from the game server.
The applet popup reads something like "You have been Disconnected from the Server... to refresh your browser press OK." Then it sends me back to the Homepage and I have to reload the application.

This is frustrating. I have thought of myself as being relatively tech savvy.

Could someone list some things that might cause this and solutions to it? Thank you! I might have missed something. This is not occuring on a friends computer (IE).

I am running on Win7 Firefox everything is up to date.

I have resolved the issue. I am uncertain how to be honest, I played with the Flash Applet settings and the Privacy Tab in the Options Menu (Firefox)
