    i have been waiting over a day for any response to my ticket, i cant even get an autoresponse saying they have received my ticket.

    well sirroy, its now been 2 days without a response from customer service? please tell me again how thats gross ignorance or a blatant lie?

    AS I stated to you in another conversation, you get an auto response when you file a ticket.
    You say you are not, That means it is probably going into your junk mail or to an email acct you are not checking.

    Could also mean there was a service interruption on BB's mail server or automated mailer process. It's not like there's some guarantee that their automated mailer ALWAYS works, SirRoy. Lighten up a bit.
