I can't mine marble

I am on lvl 19 and I can't mine any marble. I know where to look, but the icon is up at the top and I can't see it, or access it. Is there some way I can "pull" the advance builds down a bit so I can access what is on the top?

use the arrow under the star menu to hide your friend list

... increase your resolution... it's 2012 >.< and it is still visible on 1024x600 when you pull down the Friends Menu. >.> Do people still use 1024x600? Wow..
