Im not open to make demands im open to the suggestions for the better this is why there is poll and as a voting goes on we shall see of what it is and i do agree about how we should ask around but there has to be a point to which you should have a rule behind it to have it happend for future trades am I right?
you can only offer suggestions.. you cannot force the devs to listen.. they will do as they will.. at this time who you trade with regarding gem shop items is your responsibility .. best thing to do is be smart and ask around for someone who has a good rep or invest your own money into gems or save the ones the game gives you..

I would like to see rip off players banned.. however, without mods watching and being in the game there really is no recourse except to /report someone and put them on the bad traders thread in general with a screen capture of your convo and trade..

Sugestion 1. They make a trading system for the item we aquire in our star menu.
Sugestion 2. They appease the victims with a solution of there own
Sugestion 3. Ip bann manger for unwanted trade trom that ip and name
And any other suggestions if others wont to speak up.
And why would they put it in beta and ask us for us to help with the game if they did care? This is a way of getting there a attention but of course i can not demand as i said early on im no demanding im asking and suggesting with this cause i have brought to them.
In my personal case, I buy gems and buy gem items as well. When I do buy gems I make bigger purchases, but when I need a simple Noble Deed I don't see why buying one from a different player could be considered wrongful. The same individual got away with a stack of iron swords from me today. "Researching" is as legitimate as blind faith, considering Global is a mad house and the only way to truly be in touch with an informative circle is through a guild. I've bought from Essense, and even though it was a pleasant, quick transaction (and will definitely purchase from her again) I didn't know her from Adam.
Nevilk, you're right. There should be a way to report these individuals, and by the Holiest of F*ks, I'm going to find out.
It seems like since they are undergoing a complete overhaul they would want to support gem item sellers (and buyers) by offering this to be done "above the boards" so to speak in the main trading interface. It just makes sense and would encourage the practice- meaning more gems would be bought by loyal customers and everyone wins. There are still many items that are in the shop (some of the most coveted) that can only be obtained by your own gems and that should remain in place.

I guess it is a matter of: "Let the buyer beware". Guilds help eliminate this type of problem.

Well there isnt a way to know whether you'll get your item or not, they should make gem items trade-able for coins.
Or buyers could always ask for values in the help tab. There is always at least one experienced player that knows the answers to those type of questions.
