Chat server cycling

Every once in awhile I have problems with the chat server. It keeps telling me it has lost connection and then restarts. It makes it impossible for me to chat in the game at all. Today it is especially bad and I have rebooted and tried everything I can think of but the chat server connection will only stay up for about 5 seconds at a time

Sure glad the tech team respond to issues here in the forums. Pretty sad guys. I guess there really is no support is there.

It might have something to do with your Internet Browser version or Flash Player version. I have two laptops, one is completely up to date on its browsers and Flash Player, the other is a POS. If I play on the POS laptop, the chat server cycles and the game randomly loses connections. On my update-to-date laptop, game runs flawlessly.

I thought that too but I have tried Chrome, IE and Firefox and all 3 do the same thing. Loaded up into my laptop next and experienced the same thing so I gave up. Log back in a couple hours later and it is working fine. This issue is an ongoing problem that lots of people are complaining about. It would be nice if BB would comment on it and give us an idea of a possible workaround.
