I think you guys missunderstand the idea of the promotion. It was never intended for everyone to win (5 codes, usable by 1 person each, possibly a new picture each day, for a max of 25 winners).
No one ever said that everyone has an equal chance to win. Either get on facebook/twitter for a chance to win or quit whining.
To relate this to something you can all relate to...would it be logical for me to say the lottery is unfair because I never buy tickets?
I went to twitter and could not access any image for contest, so as far as I am concerned it was all a bunch of **************. fill in the blank!!!!!!

You'll have to be very lucky to be one of the first five people to see the picture every day.......it means it'll be posted at some random time and you may or may not be the first one to see it and use the codes.

i saw the pic could not read the code and next thing someone posted they won already while others complained it was unfair.

Your lottery example is cute, but that's all it is. You're not gonna go to a church house, or state capital to buy a lottery ticket; you're going to go to the appropriate venues for those things and all people here are trying to express is that they feel facebook, twitter, google, or world of warcraft are not appropriate venues to hold such events and have no intention, time, desire or interest in participating if they're going to be held in those place. that's all. And i think the devs would appreciate them saying so, more than if they didn't, because i find it hard to believe that they want to hold events that people aren't going to participate in.
