I can only have one marble deposit? Is This normal? Will I be able to get more later on?

You gain access to more and more deposits as you level up. Get a buddy that is higher level and snoop around his settlement for educational purposes.

You get a total of ten marble deposits, 1 sec 1, 2 sec 5, 2 sec 3, and 5 sec 8. The one in sec 1 is a phantom deposit (you may only have one at a time here- but it will appear in two different places, and you may see a depleted deposit alongside the new one- just destroy it you cannot find a new deposit there again until the other is depleted.).
