You might want to try putting more detail into your questions.

If you're referring to the building queue, 3 is the limit for buildings that come from your 4 building menus at bottom of screen. Buildings that come from the trader, that you buy with gems, aren't routed through the queue. Consequently there's no limit to how many of those you can build simultaneously.

If you're refering to building more resources, then build more buildings, upgrade the ones you have, and buf as much as you can.
