Building liscence

When I tear down a building, I am not getting my building licen back. This seems like an error. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're tearing down say a noble that you used a deed for then you won't get a license back, but anything that used a license to build you should get a license back. If the latter is the case I'd submit a ticket about the problem.
