Can you cancel trade requests? I really hate waiting forever for a trade request to go through...

...from now on, I'm definitely PMing people to see if they're online before trading. This doesn't help my schedule... >:-(

The trade will auto-cancel after some period of time - I've heard as few as 8 hours, and as many as 24. I've seen personal trades, (from my friends list), auto-cancel in 8, so I tend to go with that figure.

So if a trade request is never accepted you will eventually get your resources back?

Well yeah. That's what "auto-cancel" means, right?

You will get the resources back eventually. One thing to remember is that if the trade is too good to be true there is a good chance that the person is a jerk who likes to hold a massive amount of resources hostage for a while.
