[Ubi Official] Server Outage 3/28 & Easter Delay
Hey Everyone,
As most of you know, the game unexpectedly went down for 12 hours on 3/28. This was due to some major hardware complications. Our team worked around the clock to get it back up, but unfortunately it was not an easy fix.
I urge anyone who lost anything during the downtime (Adventures etc) to contact Customer Support by clicking here.
We will do our very best to compensate any ruined adventures. We understand everyone's frustration with the server outage, and share it!
There has also been a change in this weeks maintenance that has delayed the Easter Event. Unfortunately, we launched the Easter Event in Germany first and it had major technical issues. As we do not want to experience the same bugs we will be holding off on the Easter Event. Our team is working around the clock to get these bugs in check, and hopefully I will have a new date to announce soon!
Again, I really appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. The news isn't happy, but I assure you, our team is working hard to resolve the issues.

I hope you will also extend the duration of the Event. Since you are delaying it by a week. This means it is one week shorter to get all the eggs needed to buy the new Vetern General! I hope you can extend the event for 2 weeks longer! Thank you.

Unfortunately i have to say this falls in line with your overall customer service. The Easter event has been on the test realm for over a month now and has been hyped by the company. Here we are now 8 something at night a few hours before the release of the event and there are now multiple crippling bugs that are effecting the event. I love the game overall but your public relations and customer service are some of the worst in the games industry. From the three tickets I've had open its taken over 5 days for a response. Something really needs to be done about this or you will drive a wonderful game into the ground.

I couldn't agree more with Bishop. They are lacking big time in that area and from a player's perspective it's very frustrating.

I have to agree, I really love this game, but the major snafus in the last few days leaves us a tad bummed.
I see you are doing what you can to resolve the issues, but to not compensate your gamers and such, is just not right. I know the game is free and all, but stil other games have given up freebies when there are bugs like this. Having the Easter Event last longer or at least throw it back to end in 3 weeks as it was stated originally would be good, make it a month even better

You also might wanna revise the in game message of the day.. still saying that easter event happens today after dt.
Also.. have to agree with bishop
Edit - Also... not everyone reads the forums, you might wanna send a gloabl mail or a new pop up message regarding the delay
