[Ubi Official] Server Outage 3/28 & Easter Delay

Its beta, Its a game, Its Life, Get over it people.. if you spent money on this game, it was your decision. you should have researched what a 'beta' is before paying to play in a beta.

i cant be the only player that isn't upset over the event being delayed.. and to all the questions about adding a week to easter event, do you really think they would take a week away from us? we had 17 days before they delayed the event, so we will have 17 days when it starts..

not trying to sound mean but seems like there are alot of kids that play this game that expect frees (24 / 7)

i too was looking forward to it, and i also planned my building upgrades (or held off) around it being deployed today. Guess i'll have to build some extra wells till i can get my hands on a watermill via the eggs

I was looking forward to it as well, However delays should always be expected, it is beta. I would rather be able to play today then be on CEO facebook listening to everyone crying about the bugs kicking them off the server. Instead of Trading for Eggs, keep trading for Coin. Do what you got to do, you just got an extension before chaos. Enjoy it.

Yes there is no easter event, but you are able to play the game so smile.

To UBI , this is my first browser game and i love it. keep up the amazing work! your Dev team is Great! just to many people that always point out the negatives..

So all excited to get home for easter event to find nada.Very sad.Im a payed player and feel like ive been jipped.Some sort of compensation should be payed to the players.Just saying.....

also towards serenity6,people pay good money to play this game.Brown nosing castle empire forums will gain you no brownie points.The fact is we are angry and we do have to wait and there should be some compensation for the delay.And in the world i live in if a customer is not satisfied the management does what they can to rectify the situation.And we dont have to Be "Kids" to expect some kind of compensation for the mistake.(im 27 and have my hand out saying fix this or i will spend my money on a game that will).

I urge anyone who lost anything during the downtime (Adventures etc) to contact Customer Support by clicking here.

We will do our very best to compensate any ruined adventures. We understand everyone's frustration with the server outage, and share it!

Dzoe, if you require compensation, you can click the link and contact support. Apparently they had some major issues and are trying to correct them. Like I said in a previous post, I am disappointed, but I am not angry about. No point in being angry about it. Spend money, don't spend money, whatever works for you.

haha there is no brown noising here... its beta, they have told you many times there will be problems. if you bought gems its on your own shoulders, im sorry the truth hurts you Dzoe.
