Missing Gems

Purchased the $24.99 package and was told by many players that this would be instant if not a minute or so....its been 30+ minutes and still nothing...any information anyone could provide..already submitted a support ticket but never seem to have luck with those for prior events

I am having the same issue except with a different package. The items went through and they took the cash but no gems. Ordered them yesterday. I submitted a ticket as well.

Well I finally received my gems, but at a complete loss of how this purchasing method works...I ordered the 4800 (2300 bonus)..shouldn't that be a total of 7100 gems? I only received 4800 which I was believing I was gonna get that plus 2300 as that to me is what bonus means for any other game I've played

The site is a bit misleading - the (2300 bonus) is included in the 4800 you bought. You're buying 4800 total. The "normal" or non-bonus purchase would be $24.99 for 2500 gems.
