didnt get my gems

i bought 2 10$ gem packs last night and still have not received the gems and the transactions are showing in paypal as completed. can someone help me get my gems. thank you.

Update paypal has completed transaction from my bank account as well this is taking to long and i have never had to wait to receive my gems. NOT TO BE RUDE BUT I AM STARTING TO GET PISSED AS THIS HAS TAKEN LONGER THEN 24 HRS.

this happened Wednesday and it is now Saturday and have yet to receive my gems.

to day is Friday now and still have not received my gems. I have started the nords adv with 9 generals and 1800 troops. i cleared the first sector and went to my island to build and when i came back the nords had reset all camps were back and my 9 gens and 1800 troops are gone not on my island or in adv or in star menu. What is going on?

now my adventure has vanished and my 9 gens and 1800 troops are gone not on island not in star menu.

found adv in quest book and my gen and troops. quest is not on side on screen anymore so have to access through quest tab

okay it has now been 72 hrs for my gems and have not received yet. and today when i logged on my 9 gens and 1800 troops are missing again and are nowhere to be found.]PLZ HELP ME, FIRST U TAKE MY MONEY AND DONT GIVE GEMS AND NOW U TAKE MY GENERALS AND TROOPS AND DONT FIX. iTS ABOUT TIME YOU GOT OF YOUR #@!ES AND EITHER REPLY TO THIS OR FIX IT!!!!!!!!!! it is now the 5th day since i purchased my gems and have yet to receive them.

it has now been 17 days since i bought my gem packs and have not received them, i havent heard from support in almost a week plz help

Im not buying gems now, looks to risky
