Lost 8 generals on BK, please help

I just sent 8 generals to BK and now they aren't showing up anywhere. Please advise.

they said that you should wait and they will eventually shows up, how long? your guess is as good as mine. it sux i know.

I'm going on 2 hrs waiting for my generals....

Had the same situation until I did the following:

A full exit of browser, followed by a cache clearing, and restart.

No clue if my actions or BB's fixed the issue, but I got the generals back. Though I wouldn't be in too big a hurry to work on any adventure. If you have time left, WAIT until BB gets things settled down some. Just had the 2nd DC disappear like I'd won after 1 wave. Had to leave island & return before I could attack again.

At this point, things are so hosed, BB needs to shut everything down for a day, or two, freeze our accounts, and FIX THE FRIGGING PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!

at least you can access your adventure i lost 6 battle hard generals the icons disappered and not in the quest icon either should have declined the gifts yesterday if i knew this was gonna happen i also lost 40+buff they disappered,marble deposits i found went back to depleated chat box going nuts most tabs disappered idk i ive invested a bit of coin in this game so will prolly stay but if knew it was this glitchy would think twice about doing so again no web games are perfect, bugs in all but this is getting old real quick seems like every few days it crashes or has major issues

In a software as a service situation, it is very stressful to experience these types of problems. I am on the other side of this when I'm not playing so I know how it feels. I'm sure BB is scrambling all hands deck right now to figure out what is going on and how to fix it. We just need to be patient. That said, I do +1 Hobknocker on the freeze idea. It does look like at this point freezing the game is the safe thing to do since players are completely confused and I know I am questioning if I'm losing materials, gold, etc by letting my island run like this. Of course, BB might know exactly what's going on and think that they can recover from it without any losses. But time is money in this game so not sure how they can give time back. We'll find out.

4 hours, still no generals... this can't be normal even for people encountering the bug... I've had guildies find their generals already.

Generals will be back for sure, just we can't know how long they will. I sent my generals out of my island and they are back to...my island after few hours.

So I lost my general on the way to BK as well. would really like him back. The amount of glitches in this game and the slow response in fixing them is a bit alarming.

Now all my generals appear in the star menu while on the BK island, but they are all assigned to one of the other players so I can't move or attack with them or even send them home....
