I sent my general out on the bounty hunter quest yesterday. I had just got him back and then the server crashed.
Now my generals gone and my barracks is gone and no i didnt have a 2nd general so now i just have none.
Missing 5 generals here and associated troops
Still missing all five of my generals. I'm just guessing because I cant see the info for my pirates but its probably going to expire soon.

yes, Im wondering how long as well..havent even got the form letter it was received and being looked at, and they were sent 27hrs ago kate...when I put in my second support ticket, it crashed my server, and havent even been able to log in, so...
Me, too. I've been down for 28 hours, and after 13 hours have no response to my trouble ticket. I don't even know if it was received, so I guess i'll try sending in another one. Other games I've played acknowledged trouble tickets with minutes. Why is the team so slow to even respond that they got a ticket? Is this normally how they treat their players??????
I guess I really lucked out having to work all day on Friday. No Generals lost, no Adventures lost. No resources that I am aware of lost. From all the posts though, it looks like there are some real issues going. I hope BB can get this under control.

sigh..the latest is to make iy our fault.." have you cleared cookies, etc?"...obviously, with it affecting SOOO many players, it isnt a issue of cookies in one players browser...and no..still not a single reply from the "support line" in well over 32 hrs now, so...dont hold your breath expecting one...
VERY freaking pissed off. This morning I woke up to find I have 2 generals in my base that I can't click, they don't show up in my star menu, nothing. Along with that I now have lost 200 Crossbowmen. Super sweet! I thought on FB CEO posted that this was fixed/doing better, its not. I've put in my appropriate ticket per Katealyst but to just have them disappear over night? WTF CEO get your act together. I hope to have them restored ASAP or I can't finish my adv in time...
