What's going on?

A whole bunch of my troops have disappeared and some of my buildings and resources. Not cool this sets me way back...

I have 4 generals that have been missing since being sent to an adventure yesterday afternoon.

My troops came back from my adventure 6-9 hours after it ended. Unfortunately all the rewards (items and XP) have since been removed and I even lost the adventure. I also started upgrading my very first building to level 5 and it got reset but no mats were refunded. So far everything has been negative rollback. I somehow get reset to before I started upgrading buildings in terms of progress but the game doesn't rollback what I spent for upgrades or troops. I said in general chat I was out 4k gold coins worth of stuff and people were calling me lucky. My best advice to anyone is to do nothing in this game for a few days and just build wheat fields and restock mines. No use building anything valuable with your resources.

2 generals still missing, i dont care about any of the resources i have lost, the troops i had training that were lost, or the buffs that were making that were lost. i can make all that back easily, even my x wood sawmill that ran unpaused for 10 hrs, and my gold mine that ran unpaused for 10 hrs that i paused before the first rollback happened. i just want the generals back today ASAP

im in the middle of an adventure and need my generals, i have one left but am scared to send him out to lose him in oblivion as well, so please fix this asap! or there will be more tickets coming from me and will be asking for more then just my generals back thank you

Aside from the above happening to me, I am finding that if I go to upgrade a building, leave and then come back later, the building is reverted back to how it was AND my resources are missing!!! And I keep losing recruits after sending them to battle only to have the bandit camp return and no claimed sector.

First let me say that msge about me not being on in a few days is bull. I have yet to get any response from The Settlers about unable to log on except for resetting p/w witch apparently did not work. As for CE... I have yet to get a response about my missing gold or baskets. Now mind you I have yet to complain about my missing buildings, resource, upgrades that did a Houdini... it is a game and I am trying to be patient. Fact is the silly 'wabbit' treats are an insult to my intelligence!! Do you guys really think that makes it ok? All the time, the trades, the real money spent for gems (on CE) is worth it? The gems you gave cant even begin to replace my missing gold. The only good thing I can say at this time is I don't think I am missing any gems i purchased but I won't swear to that because I did not keep an eye on my gem till late yesterday. At this time let me point out Customer Service suks... hire more people or get people that know how to handle pissed of customers!! No game is free... but you know this!!

That suggestion of not doing anything major for a few days was for the players, since we have no clue when these problems will be solved. As for their response time last time I played trivia it took a week to receive my gems. And the only time I put in a ticket I got the following response.

Unfortunately there is no confirmation for the use of gems in the game, the only way to prevent the use of gems is to not accidentally click the icons.

I know 2 gems wasn't a lot but it came off more of an I don't give a s*** response too me since it was such a minor amount for something that was obviously an accident (who spends 2 gems to save 20 seconds?). Just give it time and hope they will resolve server issues and the missing items, xp, upgrades, troops, or whatever else you are missing. As I said earlier while you are waiting for a response don't build anything major which may in turn add to the problem or frustration.
