I'm almost inspired to do the same. It's not so much the resource loss that is upsetting to me, it's the loss of an actual dollar amount. i lost a buncha gems. of course, i give my money freely, under the impression that i will get gems in return for donating. When those dollars just go mysteriously missing with no explanation as to why, or when, or even if they will be returned, it's very frustrating to me.

I work hard for my money laying stone, brick and spreading stucco; and that's after i assemble the scaffolding for the job, which, more recently, consisted of 600 osha certified scaffolding planks that, when wet, weigh up to 300lbs each and do the lathe-work. The money i give comes from sweat, blood, slivers, smashed fingers, bruised shoulders and shear elbow grease and i wouldn't give it away, to an entertainment source, like this, without getting something in return for it.

When that sweat, blood, bruises and body aches just vanishes, you can bet i'm seething about it. fuming even.

either fix what you broke and give me back, in gems, the dollars that went missing, of no fault of my own, or expect that i will no longer be giving 300-400 dollars per month to your game, as i have been doing, consistently, for a notable amount of time now.

I submitted a ticket, as was instructed by your staff and did not even receive an email stating that you did indeed get my support ticket. Is that what my money is worth to you? If so, then just come right out and say so, so i can go rts-game surfing for a game and game company who will appreciate what i invest into my own personal entertainment and what i give to them in a dollar amount.

Yes, Audrey, I'm sure everyone is aware that the recent issue affected us all. On top of that, i'm fairly certain that most people were aware of BB_MrGrimm's postings, as well as the other couple acknowledgments that the issues does exist. Stating such a thing only further festers and already infected sore.

Nothing in this thread can be construed that there was a misunderstanding that the devs are not aware of the issue, nor was it stated or asked anywhere who, or how many were affected.

The concern expressed in this thread is stated int he form of a question. When? When is it going to be repaired? and when? when are we going to get back the dollars and/or resources that went mysteriously missing.
