5 General's Disappeared after Rollback

I had 5 generals sent on a Dark Priest adventure. I finished it.. They got back and were sitting on my island then rollback happened. All 5 disappeared and there troops and all loot gained from adventure. Since I finished it I no longer have the adventure icon on the right side or in quest menu. It's been a full day and still missing along with all troops including 200 xbowmen, 200 cavalry, 600 recruits.

Sent in about 4 tickets when I started getting errors yesterday and have yet to receive even an automated response for one of them. I would of liked to only of sent one but I had no email with ticket # to respond to when other bugs occurred.

Worst server error problem I have ever seen and they did not do the event Same thing happened to me and my friend too. This is going to be bad for Settlers and they won an award for 2011 game for the year, I hope Bluebyte devotes some resources to fixing this game it is their primary title and has a lot of potential but they are going to have to really make an effort now ...

They are probably wishing they kept this as a closed beta and gave up the smaller revenue versus doing a better launch and having more revenue later ...

i was with lord striker on his adventure i was his tagalong after completing adv. my gen came home after several hours only to be takin away with each rollback and he is still awol with 100 cav and 5 rec, i also started my own dark priest about the same time as lord striker did I sent a total of 6 battle hard generals 1 to lord strikers and 5 to mine after 20 hours 4 have come home i am short 200 xbowmen and idk exact amt of others i also lost adv xp and loots, not to mention the several k coin lost in trades, lost buffs, scouts sent out, troop builds etc which had to be redone with each rollback. im not sure there is a quick fix for taking short cuts in coding prolly should shut it down a few days wipe the server and start all over with proper coding but they need to refund everyones gems that they paid for. i dont like to lose my lvl 41 and start over but why keep playing something with this much trouble been getting worse not better

oh and dont try and say its still in beta only idiots believe in that garbage! true beta is experimental stages this is way past that when settlers first came out that was beta this is a copy of the working settlers,every web game is beta as long as it has upgrades and content added so it will be perma beta like the rest of the web games take smallworlds for eg. beta since 2008 ,these errors are simply coding errors and bottlenecks if there isn't enough coding installed on the working features any new updates /content added the coding has conflicts hence our problems we face now

dont hold your breath i sent 4 tickets and never got a conformation on any of them you will just have to wait it out like the rest of us until bluebyte /ubisoft decides which direction they want to go
