Generals / Troops Lost After Adventure

After BB_Katealyst had said the general issues had been fixed I started an adventure (horseback) and completed it. After the dialogue box popped up where it tells you the adventure is complete and you "ok" it, the garrisons SHOULD begin to disassemble and it kicks you back to your island.

The adventure menu on the right hand side disappeared and the garrisons did not disassemble and it did not kick me back to my island. I was unable to send the armies home, and when I did go back to my island they are not in transition.

I only started this adventure AFTER Kate said the issue was fixed, and I'm upset at the loss of my generals and troops. I had two gem generals and three regular ones. I don't want to have to re-purchase them, and intended to run another few adventures this weekend.

Not very pleased at all.

Ok, 4 generals came back and have rebuilt their garrisons on my island. However, only two of them show up on my star menu and 200 recruits are missing, and there are extra soldiers. I can not open the garrison menu by clicking on them.

Yes, and on Global today Kate said to post on the forums, so I did. Apparently they are being bombed with tickets and I've already sent in two tickets for two other separate issues relating to rollbacks.

lmao this just keeps on getting better and better, they dont know whats wrong if other peeps generals are still missing why take a chance on doing an adventure ? am i missing something here ? i dont care who say its ok to do . the issue is not fixed or everybody who has missing things would be back including my 2 battlehard generals missing for over 29 hours with 200 xbowmen, and cav my lost coins from trades, buffs lost a day on a weeklong barrack upgrade etc etc .it was lame for them to say its ok , but hey you knew that peeps were still having majors issues sorry for ya but you rolled the dice and crapped out

i feel ya courtneylee were on the same boat here all we can do is try and be patcient if been with the game a while now and they have always made it right with me,in the past ....happy easter

Actually, Kate was online saying the issue was fixed and asked if anyone had lost generals in the last 5 hours. No one had. I was able to send all of my generals there with no problem (not even the takes an hour instead of 15/30 minutes that has always happened to me) and I only had the issue about 4 hours later when the adventure was finished. I had every reason to believe that the issue from yesterday was fixed, especially when a BB says it has been fixed.

So you can take your "you rolled the dice" bull.

my my someone upset because im right i told the truth wasn't me who lied to you . if a pilot told you it was safe to skydive with no parachute, would you because hes the pilot ? just plain old common sense. im not against you but for you on this i still dont have my generals and troops after 36 hours how in the name of god can they say general problems are fixed, maybe for some peeps not for others so its a gamble either way you had a choice i didnt .

NOIDEA you have very flawed logic, when a representative of a company is saying its been fixed, one could only assumed they fixed the problem causing generals to go *POOF* and it should not be happening anymore, and then its just them giving the general back to the people who lost them, befor the so called fix

infact if we want to apply your flawed logic on the subject....it your own **** fault you lost your 2 battlehard generals,200X bows....ect because did they say they were not going to have a catastrophic failure of the servers? no.... then there you go, you skydived without a parachute.

You are truly an idiot who is not able to empathize with the situation and simply trying to "sound smart" like is your accusation towards Noidea. He lost his general(s) before the so called "fix". I have absolutely no confidence that a fix has been installed, no matter what type of damage control the devs, mods, admins or staff have tried to implement in the form of a generic forum post, as not one single support ticket has yet to evidence response.

Your talk of flawed logic is laughable. Noidea's pilot and parachuting example is sound. Your reply is nothing more than trolling, as is your example of "catastrophic" server failure.

The issues that recently transpired are entirely the fault of UBI and the BB staff and they have yet to take any corrective action. Nothing you can say will change this solid fact. No player can be blamed for participating in a game and expecting that the unforeseen instabilities be corrected in reasonable and timely manner.

The customer support team is more than lacking in their response(s) to the concerns expressed by the multitudes. Some of which include the unspent, unaccounted for real dollar loss.

If you have nothing of intrinsic value to add, or structured substance to offer, then why troll? why fester an already infected cut?

People are angry and concerned about these losses. Especially those who had real dollar translations mysteriously go missing. And rightly so.

You can't expect people to express themselves and communicate in a perfect way when anger, frustration and justified concern are prevalent variables.

Take your trolling somewhere else. You are truly scum for trolling in the bug reporting section of any forums. this or any other.
