Lost coal mines

I had two level 4 or 5 coal mines suddenly exhaust. I'm pretty sure they still had over 1000 left. I was only gone for a couple of hours. I really hate losing them. Can anything be done?

It happened between 5:30 and 7:00 central time on 4/9

This forum is just to report bugs, and you don't get any official feedback from BB regarding your submissions, (per their policy). If you want someone to look at, address, and possibly compensate you for the coal mine issues, you'll need to contact support through the gear icon under your avatar picture in-game.
