    Blyzits, mistgearworks, flyinghorsefarm, Phaolan2012, and HAVOC guild leaders

    I don't know why all of Blyzits support tickets are going to my email address I don't know who Blyzits is, but apparently he is married and is a leader in the HAVOC guild. From the support emails I've received I know this guys real life name is Charles, and that he went on a vacation and was banned for breaking a CoC rule (I'm guessing multi accounting given the number of accounts I've seen in the emails over the last month or so) and now he seems pretty confused/upset. Anyway I've been getting all of his tickets (he submits a lot of them) routed back to my email account.

    I have no idea how or why I (a 3rd party player) am receiving Blyzits tickets but I am. The support staff is unable or unwilling to fix this association that exists between Blyzits and my email address. I am at a dead end with the support people, so now I'm asking the HAVOC guild or Charles (Blyzits) to fix his email address if he'd like to get support. Either that or stop submitting tickets. The 20-30 tickets that I have now in my email aren't going to do you a whole lot of good. Please fix your stuff.

    Thier automated ticket response system melted down over the weekend prolly has something to do with that.

    I wish that were the case. This has been going on since march 9th though, so there is something different going on here.

    hello I am the leader of Havoc we have no such player in our guild.So not to sure where you are getting your info from.

    Unfortunately the HAVOC guild is somehow tied in with this, but I can assure you, as one of the leaders, that Blyzits has nothing to do with our guild. I went to log in a week ago or so and it logged me in as Blyzits and said my account was banned but it was some kind of error. I closed my browser and logged back in and it went away. I'm not sure if information is being crossed in their servers or what but they should definitely fix that for you.

    LacunaSerenity I had that same experience and then I started getting all this mail, I got 3 more today, maybe I'll post them all on this thread, I'm kind of curious to see how long he's going to keep submitting tickets while The BB's continue to reply to me. It is so messed up. Support should be between the BB and the player, why am I involved in any way with another players support problems? Oh man now I'm just going to post all the mail here.

    I tried to sign into the game tonight and was informed that I was in
    violation of the Code of Conduct. My wife and I each have our own accounts
    and have been playing on our own computers for at least a month now. My wife
    even wrote you and we got back an email stating that there was no problem.

    I don't understand why my account has been banned. I need explanation from
    the support team. I have sent a mail before and i was expecting an email from
    your team. But i didnt receive a single email. Tell me fast so that i can
    switch myself to some other game who dont ban a player without any reason. I
    have spent alot of time building my account and i get to see that my account
    is banned.

    Please cancel my account. I was banned after supporting game, because my
    husband (mistgearworks) - mistgearworks@hotmail.com, logged in on my personal
    computer, while his was unavailable. Thank you.

    It's not letting me log in to the game and says I am blocked from playing for
    misconduct or having multiple accounts. I have not done anything to violate
    any rules or regulations. I play actively, I only have ONE account and I am
    one of the leaders for one of the highest guilds on the server (HAVOC), not
    to mention all the money I've spent on this game. Can you help me with this
    please?

    I see i been blocked I didnt think it was a big deal to have two accounts my
    son who is 8 wanted one so i set one up and added him as a friend. How can i
    keep my account open and his or do i have to delete his account. I didnt know
    that we could nt have more then one account.

    would it be possible to find out what violation i performed to qualify for a
    code of conduct violation, i don't have a second account, i don't know how to
    scam anyone, and i rarely, very rarely talk in global chat other than to
    input a LOL now and then. if the problem is involved with trading with other
    players, i know that i have never taken advantage of any other player in any
    way as this is something i have no idea how to do. so what was the reason
    for banning my account?

    This is still an issue not sure why or how you have all ended up with the same e-mail I have asked Grimm about this issue, we are both confused beyond belief. more then likely every e-mail will have to be re-entered per account affected.
