I'm having the same problem. When I log in I get a "connecting to chat server" message and then it never connects.
Same here. Been that way since yesterday.

same problem here. chat does connect infrequently, and some of the tabs are missing. ie guild, trade, officer

And just as i said that, chat finally reconnected, lol
It's a known issue. the Devs have tried resetting Ares Chat room. it takes like 10 minutes to connect for whatever reason
No this is happening to most people in my guild. So it's not a simple issue to be resolved. It's been going on all day today.
Might be time to get someone looking at this.
