Suggestions for buffing

There needs to be a read out on buffs that are applied to buildings/workshops. It would be great to know that a buff applied to a building has 45 minutes left. Also you should be able to apply a new buff over an existing buff if you want. Perfect example is you just buffed a building with a 6 hour buff. Three hours in your, buds call you to go out for the next 5 hours. You should be able to "lose the 3 remaining hours" and put 6 "fresh" hours on the workshop.
