Gem Sale is a farce - zero compensation for server blips

After zero compensation for lost Generals, armies, deposits, etc, not to mention the wasted time, the offer of 20% off the normal price of gems is a slap in the face!

When is BB going to get their act together? I'm reaching a severe frustration point.

Gems were 50% off at xmas/new year, 30% off at Valentine's, now down to 20% for Easter?

BB are getting a little stingy. Especially considering the blips lately...

I agree with both the above posters, I have no problem with developers making a living but the greed is getting out of hand.

especially considering they value gems at one penny equals one gem, so 100 easter eggs is worth $3.40 in there opinion, and the general is worth a whopping $32.30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yes i subtracted the eggs you can get from the easter quests from that price, but no i did not factor in treasure/adventure search eggs

I agree, cuz like everyone else who buys gems, we want more for our dollar! But to be fair, BB getting a little stingy is not entirely accurate. Stingy would be to NEVER have gems on sale, never increase the amount of gems you get for your dollar! That's stingy

Like i posted in the 3 things I'd like to see implemented to keep me around for the long haul....More gems for our Dollar!!! This is a must to keep me around...well keep me buying gems!

I also agree with this post. Your not getting your moneys worth with this so called,"Free" game at all. I also don't like the idea of the so called savings that we are getting. I put a lot of money into this game so far. Not getting comps for the losses is BS. You guys are taking the fun out of this from your greed. Almost like paying twice for your car problems only to find out you didn't even need it in the first place.. Get real people. Comp the ones who are putting Cash in YOUR POCKETS. I'm ready to walk and find something that's a little more promising. I don't know how much everyones has put into this. But I know some would laugh at what I have spent so far on this game..

Seeing how the game is in beta I am pretty sure gem prices are not set in stone. The reason for these sales after sales is to actually find the highest price possible that keeps people paying. So expect so pretty poor sales for them to see how it effects how people buy gems. As for the problems and your expectation of compensation that is simply unreal, the game is in beta and you willingly play it before it is completed, bugs and headaches are to be expected.
