Iron Smeleter Stopped Production ?

Hi, I have a little problem about a production i'm leveling a building (iron smelter) to "lvl" 5 and my production of this building just literaly stop producting Iron bar so I don't know if it's normal or not because I did that on a mine lvl 1, trying to lvl up it to lvl 2 and it doesn't stop the production so... let's take a look to this:

1: this is at 4:03 AM ,production not paused, iron bar at 2 and all others (coal and iron ore) at maximum capacity.

2: 4:05 AM, production was paused and unpaused, iron bar at 2 and the message is (Production finished in: 20sec)

3: 4:07 AM, production unpaused, iron bar still at 2 and it's again at 20 sec for 2 mins passed.

4: 4:08 AM, all my storage (in coal and iron ore are stocked at maximum) and the conversion won't start again in the Iron smelter.

5: 4:09 AM, same thing again, stocked at 20 sec aroud it -/+ 1sec from the conversion and again unpause with all my storage at max capacity ???

I don't know if it's cause of the upgrade Level 4 -> Level 5 but it's wierd, I don't know when it will be fixed and I don't want to destroy the building to lose all the resources of the upgrades I've done on it.

Upgrading is supposed to stop production (exceptions: Barracks and Prov House). The Green Production bar does keep moving to a certain point (I have noticed this when upgrading also) but stops at some point less than 30 seconds. So as far I as can tell, it is operating as designed. With the shorter Upgrade periods of Levels 1 to 4, you might not have noticed this before.
