max 335 building permits?

Im maxxed out at 335 building permits.... wont let me buy more from shop... i should have at least 2 more buys available.

I sent this to tech support, thier response was

"Hello Xiir,

This is correct you can only buy a limited number of the building licenses as indicated by the (X?) in the shop."

Thnxs for solving my issue, good to know they closed a ticket in record time /sarcasm

What could have caused this?

I never destroyed a building permit deed, and im lvl41, so no more permits to get through levelling/quests.

I thought it was 355? people have even told me they have 355.
