Unable to log in??? What`s wrong??

I did some work to fix my problem but i cant log into game,when i try to play game i see this messege every time "server was crashed""an error was occured on this zone"

i sent messeges twice but they dont answer my question,

How can i solve my problem?
why they dont try to fix this problem?
Is there any way to contact Admins?
