Settlers Online Rollbacks and Customer Support Problems
I'm sorry but I can't play a game that has dbase issues and is constantly rolling people back with no compensation. The fact that Ubisoft lets this game operate and continue to charge money with the regular problems found here in Settlers Online is criminal. Buyer beware there is no support here. Granted this is beta software but with that said there should be no microtransactions and if so they should be fully reimbursed when problems like this arise within 48 hours or two business days. In a game that depends so heavily on the server side dbase there is no excuse for rollbacks and save problems. Especially when items like building licenses can potentially be lost and never recovered. Some people may already be playing on corrupt saves that will never give the proper building licenses among other things.
I do really like the persistent city building concepts but I'm frusterated with the server issues as this is a common occurrence with little to no support. It's issues like this and DRM like TAGES that really make me wonder about Bluebyte and loathe Ubisoft.
