it's been a month since the last response. any word on when this ticket will be resolved? this ticket was in regards to the unexpected downtime. thanks.

What has effected you for so long since this unexpected down time? Please don't tell me your missing generals still?

i used a drill plan about 30 minutes before the servers went down. personally, i just considered it a loss and kept going about my day but one of the bb staff members told everyone to send in a support ticket if anything was lost during the unexpected downtime so that's what i did. i'm just waiting for a response from them and see if anything can be done about it. if there's nothing they can do about it, then i'll just call it a day and continue playing.

Better not complain about the lack of support. I started a topic about the now month long lack of customer service and had it deleted. Apparently they take offense that we don't approve of their disdain for customer support.
