    Unhappy can't build

    i lose one building everytime i build a miner. it tells me i can have 115 buildings and i have 3 left . i have less buildings then that

    Not sure I follow your issue. Mine licenses are released when the mine collapses, not if/when you decide to demolish it. All mines require a license
