Production question

While upgrading a building, does the building still produce at the old level? I am beginning to think not. Either that or I have a bad case of termites. I am in the middle of upgrading all of my fir woodcutters, and my stock of wood is falling dramatically even though everything except for sawmills are turned off. I have around 12 woodcutters, btw.

Production comes to a complete stop while upgrades occur. If you watch the progress bar you'll see it will reach the end of a cycle & "hang" there.

Especially painful during the lvl 4, (24 hour), and lvl 5, (7 day), upgrades. It's good to stagger the upgrades or run them sequentially for a resource so you don't run out while upgrades occur.

Thanks. My cutters have all finished upgrading, and my stock is rising again. It was close; however I managed to not run out. Now i know to stagger.
