If you have a vet general this may not be the best method anymore. On this first wave send 199 cavalry they will all die but rid of the pesky dogs.
The second wave is 35 recruits, 50 soldiers, 115 long-bowmen. If you have a vet general it would likely be best to add recruits and longbow men to the extra 50 but that is just a guess.
You could search the forums for this information, it's readily available. In fact, ZugZug just recently created a new thread on clearing sector 9 with the veteran general. If you don't have one, there's an excellent thread on defeating him with tavern generals as well.i need help
