Hi; I have never traded before and the first quest for this I see is to trade 200 wheat.
Does it matter what I trade for and how much of something should I ask for?

200 wheat you should be able to get for 100 beer or something. Worst case, 200 beer for 200 wheat (gives away water unbuffed).
