I found a new problem, My Barracks have frozen and won't produce any troops.

I am upgrading my barracks to level 5 I started Sunday so it's at 49% It was working as usual until this morning. The Barracks just stopped in the middle of building troops! I have rebooted the game and my computer several times and nothing. Has anyone ever seen his before?

the new update/patch turned it off. before this recent update/patch, you were always able to produce goods or soldiers in your provisions house or barracks. i did it when i upgraded my things to level 5 a while back. this is the case to everyone that i have spoken to as well.
