Automated Ticket response is 8 days old

Well the title says it all ... I believe in being patient ... but eventually you start wondering if you got misplaced ... the automated email assigned me a ticket number if anyone official wants to follow up for me

I have pulled you most recent ticket and it was responded to by an agent on 5/23, you have yet to reply to it. You may want to consider checking your spam folder and making sure that the mail was not sent there.

Thank you ... I do make it a point to check my spam folder even though it does not show in the left panel of my Gmail ... I only mention this because it makes me pretty certain that I did not delete it by accident

Since you have seen the message, perhaps I can impose upon you to send it again?
