Why are times of events posted in Pacific Standard Time {PST}?
Most of the US, & the world are using Daylight Savings Time.
Can't we use Pacific Daylight Time {PDT} instead?

Hint PST=PDT... they are just being imprecise
Ummm, no. They are not equal at all. Try googling what Daylight Savings Time means, and then you'll understand how it's not even close to being equal.Hint PST=PDT... they are just being imprecise
I don't stick around to see whether things kick off at midnight PST or PDT, so it doesn't impact me, but if I was online, I suspect it'd be annoying to lose that hour unexpectedly.
It's not "imprecise", it's just wrong.
It's a whole hour different.
I understand there is an accepted Idiocracy in today's world, but when you can't tell what someone is trying to say because you don't know if they're serious or stupid... It's detrimental to civilisation.
Should I have faith that you mean what you say or assume you're stupid?
Hey Khalida,
I will try and remember to use PDT rather than PST, it just isn't something I am used to.
Sorry for the confusion!
