army getting screwed in battle

i have been trying to attack the last bandit leader camp in my territory, and my units only attack the dogs once, and the dogs attack every unit and the the bandit leader attacks every unit. i have been through 1000 units and they have only killed 57 out of 199 dogs and have not even touched the bandit leader. i call ********. why is it that my general attacks but does no damage to anything? whats the ******* point!!!!!!!!!!!! this game use to be cool, now it sucks. i used to spend money on it but will never again!!!!!!!!!! takes so long to build an army only to have them wiped out in seconds. your designers are retarded.

I can appreciate your frustration, but really? You burned through 1000 units and THEN came to complain about it in the forums instead of asking for help in the Help chat, or searching the forums for assistance? You might want to rethink that strategy as you move forward. There are excellent battle simulators that would let you "what if" the camp a hundred times w/o sacrificing a single real troop. Not sure how you got so far in your island-clearing efforts w/o becoming aware of their availability, but they're awesome resources. Tap into them.

To beat that last camp, you need to send some troops that will take care of the dogs FIRST. The only troops you have that will do that are cavalry. So yeah, you'll need to sacrifice 199 of them against those dogs so that the rest of your troops can then get in & take care of the other bandits. If you search for the bandit leader's name from that camp, you'll find more specific info in here on what to send in that second wave.

I dont know which troops you used, but no "1000 troops" should only kill 57 dogs. Even recruits will take them dogs down too. For the bandit leader, if you dont use the right setup, you'll never kill it. Learn to search the forum for what you need, or try the combat sim, it is an awesome tool to help you with all the fights. And dont call others retarded when they know how to solve an issue and you dont.
