Who wants my Level 31 empire?

So this is a pretty good game and all, but I just don't have 2-4 hours every day to do so much monotonous maintenance. After I hit Level 20 or so, the game became very slooooow. Here's the routine, over and over and over:

login
replace wheat and wells
send geologists to find stone/copper/marble/iron/coal/gold
rebuild mines
buff stuff
train military
order more buffs

over and over and OVER for HOURS a day for TEN WEEKS.....and each level up is getting SLOWER and SLOWER.....

arggg, I can't take it anymore, and don't have the time.
