Newb wanting a redo!

Hi all. I have been playing for a few days now and would like to start over. I'm sure this info is somewhere in this forum, but I'm retarded when it comes to forums. How do I go about deleting my empire to start over? Sorry if this is an annoyance. I know some people on forums can be less than patient. Thank you!

Submit a ticket via the gear icon below your avatar's pic in-game. I've heard that BB will honor these requests, but they don't jump to the top of the queue.

The faster way to do it is to just create another account. If you go this route, then a) NEVER play the first account again, b) Submit a ticket asking for the first account to be erased, and c) Let BB know you're doing it & they'll see two accounts logging in from the same IP.

You can have 2 accounts using the same IP address...not a problem.
Ive already sent in a ticket asking about this. There response...doesnt matter to them if you have 2....as long as you follow the code of conduct.
