Keeps getting stuck on loading page

Every time I go to login it pulls up the loading page but wont go any further than that. This has been happening all day.

am thinking is server overload, usually in the afternoon for about two hours, around the time that lots of people are getting home from work/after dinner etc

This continues to happen to me all to often. This needs to be addressed or players/customers will start leaving in large numbers. I enjoy this game but am getting very tired of the the log on frustration. Support gives the standard, clear out everthing. I do this and still have the problem. Come up Blue Byte try to keep me as a customer. Please!!
