I have the same issue.. It tries to load, but then it says Cant load, delete browser cache and retry. I have, and even clean my computers out and it will still not load.. any suggestions?

the server is overloaded, wait 5 mins and try again, is annoying but should kick over

Its been 5 days.. Its not a server busy error.. it keeps telling me to delete my browser cache. But it still will not go past that note. I have cleaned my cache and computer off all trash and it still will not work

If you are still having trouble, please let us know what browser type and version number you are using. Often, just changing browsers (i.e. internet explorer to chrome) will clear up your connection issue. I can play this game on a 3G airconnect card, so you should be able to connect even off a modem, though it may take several refreshs and your experience will be slow.
Some of us had trouble recently because the dns of the provider changed. You might want to google free DNS and configure your router (not comptuer) to use that setting.

FOUND THE PROBLEM!! ITS THE FLASH PLAYER!! the newer version of 11.3.. you will need to uninstall it and reinstall and older version like 10.3 or 11.2.. I did this and BAM! Back on the game..
