    I just hooked up my old computer, and I cannot get in on it either. It is running year old flash and video drivers. Same white screen. I even tried creating a new account, new email, direct login instead of facebook, and I still get the white screen.

    I've tried it on three different computers (all running Windows XP) in IE, Firefox and Chrome. All three computers were able to log in just fine before the update. One works, two do not. Is there something I can compare on the one that works vs one that doesn't?

    One thing I can tell you: on a non-working computer, in Chrome, I right clicked the white page and chose to View Page Source. The content of the page shows what someone might get if they don't have Flash installed at all, or if they have too old a version. I currently have Flash version 11.3.300.257 running in Chrome version 19.0.1084.56 m, if that helps.

    On the computer that does work, I have the same version of Flash, and am using version 20.0.1132.47 m of Chrome.

    This really has me confused. I finally got on using Opera (after installing the Flash update for browsers using plugins, ver 11.3.300.262), still can't get on using FF. Once in I started rebuilding and after awhile I lost chat server, then got server call failure, now can't get past loading page again.

    Knock, Knock - any one home on the Blue Byte end? Evidently this is not being taken as a very high priority since you aren't keeping us very informed. My bet is that you didn't even work on it this last weekend. We would never get away with this *%#! in enterprise software. We would be (and do) work our butts off trying to get a fix to the customer and we wouldn't be waiting for the next normal update time. Evidently you guys don't care whether you get people's money. No way to run a business!!!
