Will the Reserve Bench soccer matches be available after the event is over? If I buy all of them for 100G each and keep them in my star menu, then will they still be available after the event is over?

yes, and you can still run them according to BB Katelyst.

You won't be able to buy them from the shop once the event is over though.

Also, there will be no more quests for soccerballs and if you haven't completed the original 6 matches quests that give soccerballs, you won't be able to get the soccerballs as rewards.
