What menu are you looking at? every one I have looked in they are 2 different icons.

Dang.. I was looking in trade menus and storhouse menus neglected to look in build menus.. Anyway I just wanted to say that all the sawmills in the build menu have 3 planks and always have.. the only difference is you putting mouse over it and what it reads. Same reasons the cutters and foresters have the same icon as well.

its not just extic wood and hard wood. Fir wood sawmill icon also has 3 planks

Yeah that is why I said every sawmill is that way, has been for awhile.

Hi Jethro702. Now I see what you were looking at. I never really paid that much attention to the how the icons looked. To pass the time between trades, I check out the forums/new posts, and sometimes I learn something new. Today is one of those days. Thanks Jethro702.
